Before participating in the four live classes, students will view lectures using our self-paced, interactive, online school platform. The course includes a 300-page manual filled with practical assignments and biblical concepts ready-to-use in life and ministry. These online lectures will prepare students to participate in four unique, practicums on 2/5, 2/26, 3/19, and 4/9 (hosted both live at the center and live online). Former LCBCC counselees whose lives have been transformed will be interviewed during these live discussions, creating a one-of-a-kind learning experience for participants. These practicums will help students apply the Track 1 concepts to life, relationships and ministry. Because of this, alumni are encouraged to join us for the live practicums at no cost.
"CHANGE THAT STICKS" is the essential core curriculum that has helped hundreds learn how to overcome anger, anxiety, depression, bitterness, and guilt biblically, as well as learn fundamental doctrines and methodologies in counseling others biblically. We now have added several new sessions that includes the basics of marriage and family counseling, sexual temptation, suffering, and more. There are 45 sessions in all but you can register for any of the sessions individually. There are five sections in all: the Rediscovery of Biblical Counseling, Transformed Emotions, Marriage & Family Basics, the Ten Marks of a Biblical Counselor, Advanced Issues & Theology.
