Dr. Ron Allchin

Counselor

Ron was the Executive Director of the Biblical Counseling Center in Chicago since 1989 before coming to the Lowcountry Biblical Counseling Center. He is ordained to the ministry of the local church, and before LCBCC, held various positions in several churches. He has been used by God to counsel those with marriage and parenting issues, as well as individuals with spiritual and emotional
problems. He holds his Doctorate of Ministries in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Seminary and is a Fellow and board member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. Ron and his wife Sherry enjoy traveling to various mission locations and have had the opportunity to teach counseling in many foreign countries. They have three married adult children and seven grandchildren. Ron’s gift of leadership combined with a heart of mercy cause Ron’s counseling and teaching to be of great help to those needing biblical clarity and a personal friend in overcoming problems in life.
