Suffering is a problem that can lead us to places we never would go otherwise - good or bad

Trauma-informed therapy is  growing in popularity. However, have  you heard of the  Faith-informed trauma approach to healing? At this symposium you will learn to experience what so many others have - the transforming comfort and power of seeing your trauma through enlightened eyes and open Bibles.

You will be guided in how to respond to troubling emotions and memories  through four practical steps we call the TEAR approach to Trauma: TURN to God in Faith, EXPRESS Your Pain in Honest Reverence, ASK him for Help Needed and Help Guaranteed, RESPOND without  REACTING

Come learn to let the suffering lead  to the good intended - the road less traveled.

The Miami Biblical Counseling Center and Lowcountry Biblical Counseling Center invite you to discover the starting place for turning your greatest pain into great gain. It is a process that by faith is possible.
Each session includes a 30-minute biblical exposition on on the TEAR approach - which in the Bible is called lamenting. Each exposition will be followed by practical guidance to help you experience the strength and wisdom you need to grow in suffering.

A third of the Psalms are laments, and an entire book in the Old Testament is called “Lamentations.” Healing is found by learning to turn to God in your pain and let His Spirit and His Word reveal your needs and guide you to Himself. Biblical lament is the only starting place that ends well.
Psalm 34:18 says, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and will save those whose spirits are crushed.”
